Wrestling New Zealand offers the following wrestling codes:
- Olympic Freestyle Wrestling (Official Rules)
- Greco-Roman Wrestling
- International Grappling (Official Rules)
All Wrestlers and Grapplers must be familiar with drug testing requirements and the current sports anti-doping rules. See the Drug Free Sport NZ website for information or to check if your medication is on the banned list.
